Joe Dunthorne

Joe Dunthorne is a Welsh novelist, journalist and poet. He is known for his novel Submarine which has been adapted into motion-picture in 2010  and Wild Abandon, which won the 2012 Encore Award. His last novel, The Adulterants is one of our favorite book of early 2019. Dunthorne makes his characters despicable but not boring neither unlovable , surprisingly, we get attached to them.  Biting and precise in his words, Joe Dunthorne is certainly an author to keep an eye on for the next few years.

Joe Dunthorne will be present on our stand at La Comédie du livre on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Her novel Seahorse published in 2014, and later on The Nine-chambered Heart out in 2017 revolving around the themes of identity and perception of others, consolidate her status as one of the sharpest and promising writers of these recent years.
